Thanks for reading the blog! I responded to your email, but it looks like I responded a little too late in any case. Glad you got it to work.

You stated that you were having trouble getting this game to work on your system. Can you tell me exactly what steps you took to get it to work? I am having the same exact issue as you with the whole black screen coming up & having to ctrl, alt, del my way out of the program. This happens with both the online client of the Marvel Trading Card game & the retail version. Hopefully you still check this forum as a year has past. I emailed Konami on many occaisions and their follow up on this is terrible. I don't think they even know what to do. Hopefully you will read this and let me know what I can do. So far I play it on my psp, but I would rather use that for when I am on the go or at someone else's place with a wifi connection.

Thanks for reading

Thanks to both of you for the tips. I might download the game again at some point, but truthfully it was such a pain in the ass for me to install the first time that I'm not sure I want to go through it again. Thanks, though.

You can download the Versus manual from the oficial page of the game: http://marveltcgonline.com/web/home.
Is not the Civimarvelpedia, but works fine to reffer during a game :)

This game is a blast; I bought it on opening day (Feb. 27) and have played through about half of the single-player missions.

Granted, there is a lot of informtion, but I think you're overstating the case. I had never played the card game, yet I'm doing just fine. Oh, and most actions can be cancelled by hitting the "back" button; there's no need to be stuck with a mistake.
